Join us at the Kings Park Civic Association Parade to celebrate July 4th!

Our Scouts are invited to walk in the Parade!

July 4th Parade and Sno Cones in the park:

Please join the Kings Park community for some family fun at the traditional Kings Park 4th of July Parade and Bring Your Own Picnic in the park. The Kings Park Civic Association has organized this event for many years, and we are hoping for the best turnout ever this year. 

The parade lineup begins in front of Kings Park Elementary School at 9:30am on July 4th.

Medals will be awarded to all kids.

The parade will begin promptly at 10:00am. 

Volunteer safety personnel will be available along the route to help ensure everyone’s safety.

All parade participants are asked to stay behind the fire truck.

The Parade ends at the Trafalgar Court entrance to Kings Park Park.

Once you arrive at Kings Park Park, you will be treated to patriotic music from our very own Kings Park Band. Don't forget to bring a chair and a picnic lunch so you can listen in comfort.

We will have some games for everyone by Out Junk Out:

Game 1: Human Caterpillar (Team Building)

Work together as a team to move like a caterpillar!

Game 2: Attention to the Whistle

Listen carefully for the whistle, when the whistle blows, turn around and grab a prize!

Game 3: Baseball Water Balloon

Cool off by playing baseball with water balloons instead of balls!

The KPCA will not be selling drinks or hot dogs, however, we will provide Sno Cones for all participants.
